Welcome to Fareham and Gosport Care Consortium

Hampshire County Council has contracted us to be their lead homecare provider in Fareham, Gosport and surrounding areas providing care and support to their clients.

The Consortium members are Caring Hands Domiciliary Services Limited and Crofton Care Partnership. Each member is registered and regulated by Care Quality Commission.

Our combined experience of more than 60 years in homecare means that we can provide high quality services to our clients, whilst working closely with Adult Services.

If you’re a new client

If you are being funded by Hampshire County Council, they will let you know the Consortium will be providing your care. The Consortium will allocate you to a member who will be responsible for providing you with your care. The member will contact you and arrange to visit you and talk about how they can support you. All the staff who visit you will be employed by that member.

The member will give you their contact details (including how to contact them out of hours).

Care Staff

Each member is responsible for recruiting and managing their own staff. We’re always looking for dedicated caring people to join our teams – helping support people in their own homes.

If you’re thinking about becoming a Care Worker, or you are a Care Worker looking for a new challenge, please contact Caring Hands or Crofton Care directly who will talk you through the process.

Each member is committed to working with individuals to ensure that they have the right training and skills and are fairly paid (including travel expenses, annual leave, pension contributions and sick pay). Each member offers flexible working contracts to suit full and part-time hours.
